RVers Trying to Be Helpful During a Pandemic
Our group of friends and RVers has been 3D printing face shields for use by Chicago area medical professionals non-stop for several days now. Not sure what the total production output has been, but it's a number well north of 500.
What's really encouraging, though, is that we just received some images of our the face shields in use at local medical facilities. We can't claim for certain that the face shields pictured were made by our team, but these shields came from Downers Grove High School; that's where we drop ours off, and that is wholly gratifying in and of itself.
